Thick Heart Birthstone Necklace | Organic Heart

This extra thick, cast pewter heart can be stamped with the name of your choice (up to approximately 7 characters) and hand set with a sparkling Swarovski Crystal Elements birthstone. With the loop hanger, the overall piece measures approximately 1" tall (25mm) by 5/8" at the widest point (16mm).

Your heart will come hung from an 18" sterling silver ball chain. I have 20" chains available, just ask!
