These cast pewter tags can be stamped with approximately 12 characters in our exclusive font as shown, or one of the many other fun fonts that we offer, and are hand set with a sparkling Swarovski Crystal Elements birthstone of your choice. The tags measure 1/4" (6mm) by 1.5" (37mm) and come hung from a sterling silver ball chain.

Your charms will come on an 18" chain, I have 20" chains available, just ask!
