These cast pewter tags can be stamped with approximately 12 characters in our exclusive Flapper font, as shown, or one of the many other fun fonts that we offer, and are hand set with a sparkling Swarovski Crystal Elements birthstone of your choice. The tags measure 1/4" (6mm) by 1.5" (37mm) and come hung from a sterling silver ball chain.
