The first of this stamped disc pair is stamped I Love You to the Moon & Back, in our exclusive, Eclipse of the Heart font. The second disc is personalized with your choice of names and birthstones up to approximately 20 characters (birthstones count as 2 characters). Both discs are made of cast pewter and measure just shy of 1" in diameter (25mm).
